Forming wire
The plain weave texture for paper surface improves the evenness and quality of the paper, reduces the difference between the two sides, and the higher weft density greatly improves the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers. The double-sided weft locking structure is adopted to increase the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers. The vertical and horizontal stability of the fabric and the stiffness of the fabric increase the dehydration function, and the operation stability is good. The current load on the network is significantly reduced. A higher mesh thickness increases the dehydration capacity and ensures the dehydration speed of the paper, which is beneficial to increase the speed.
Forming wire
Application:
According to the weaving, polyester forming fabric can be divided into 4-shed single layer fabrics, 5-shed single layer fabrics, 8-shed single layer fabrics, 7-shed double layer fabrics, 8-shed double layer fabrics, 8-shed double and a half layer fabrics, 16-shed double and a half layer fabrics.
l4-shed single layer fabric is standard type of polyester forming fabric in paper making,mainly used for producing cultural paper printing paper, packing paper and so on.
l5-shed single layer fabric is suitable for making healthy,cultural and packing papers
l8-shed single layer fabric is the most wear-resisting one in the single layer screen,which have long performance life,but mesh print is relatively deep.it is used for copying the paper making bag,craft paper,cardboard,corrugated paper and so on.
l7-shed double layer fabric is suitable for quality printing paper and tissue paper.
l8-shed double layer fabric is suitable for quality printing paper,tissue paper and the surface pulp and inner pulp of the board paper
l8-shed,16-shed double and a half layer fabric is suitable for making quality printing paper,tissue paper and surface pulp,inner pulp and base pulp of the board paper
lMuti-shed three-layer fabric is suitable for making quality printing paper ,tissue paper and cigarette paper.
